Baked Apple Chips
Baked apple chips are a true fall favorite. Made with only 2 ingredients, cinnamon and apples. Perfect for a healthy snack, and it's a great way to use up any extra apples you might have.
Chef's notes#
Use as much cinnamon as you like. I tend to overdo it, but that’s your call. Store leftover apple chips in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

- 🍳 Cook time: 1.5 hours
- 🍽️ Servings: 4
Ingredients#
- 2 medium to large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more if you desire)
Directions#
- Preheat oven to 250 °F / 120 °C
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Core apple and slice as thinly as possible into rings.
- Arrange the apple slices on the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple slices.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the apple slices are crisp and golden brown.
- Flip the apples over, add more cinnamon (if desired) and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool down to room temperature and enjoy.
