Week 33 updates for Nostr-PHP
I picked up the work from kriptonix he has done a couple of weeks ago for setting a structure of handling relay responses.
- Updated the references documentation here and here
- Improved relay responses and added backwards compability for the used
CommandResultclass - Added RelayResponses according to the logic described in NIP-01 using this PR#59 from kriptonix as a base.

- Partly integrated NIP-42 with an
AUTHrelay response - Added the documentation page 'relay responses' on nostr-php.dev
- The screenshot is quite funny describing Nostr having PHP vibes comparing it with the ATProtocol from Bluesky [source].
