Lightning.Pub is a Nostr-native Lightning node that lets users connect and share Lightning nodes through Nostr identities with compatible applications. This release is a bug-fix release focused on improving liquidity-provider balance accounting, correcting provider recovery fee calculations after crashes, and fixing on-chain payment deduplication so multiple outputs in the same transaction are tracked correctly.
